- Unfortunately due to the custom nature of the product once it goes into production we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or never arrived. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping
Processing Time:
Each order is custom-made and includes a digital embroidery design process, material preparation, and embroidery. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Time:
We use USPS Standard Shipping, which typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.
Order Volume:
During peak periods, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may apply to selected items or limited-time offers.
Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
Returns
To start a return, you must first contact us at jema.productsandservices@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Custom Orders
All of our embroidered and printed items are made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun. Please double-check all information before placing your order.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are only offered in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or mistakes on our part. If this applies, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing photo evidence.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process it.
