Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you must first contact us at jema.productsandservices@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Custom Orders
All of our embroidered and printed items are made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun. Please double-check all information before placing your order.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Production includes creating the digital embroidery design, preparing materials, and stitching.

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are only offered in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or mistakes on our part. If this applies, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing photo evidence.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process it.

Modifications
If you wish to change the phrase or design shown in the sample, you may do so in the customization box at checkout.
If you need something outside the offered options, feel free to message us — we’re happy to create something special for you.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if production has not started. We begin production promptly, so cancellations are not guaranteed.

Change of Shipping Address
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or with a production error.
