This website is operated by JELU STORE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JELU STORE, operated by JEMA LLC. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are custom-made and processed within 3–5 business days. Custom embroidery may require extra time depending on order volume.
We ship via USPS, with standard delivery times of 5–7 business days (domestic). Tracking numbers are provided once shipped.

2. Custom Orders

All embroidered items are made to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or returned. Please ensure all customization details are correct before submitting your order.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are only issued for defective items or mistakes on our part. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a description and photo evidence.
